Engagement process:
1. Initial Conversation
For new clients, we begin with an introductory video call to discuss your needs and determine if we're the right fit for your product and team.
2. Engagement Proposal
In a follow-up conversation, we’ll dive deeper into your product and research needs, after which a tailored proposal will be shared for your review.
3. Partnership Launch
Once we’ve aligned on the scope of work and finalized the contract, we’ll begin the research.
We are invested in the success of your venture — your product, team, and customers.
Where we came from:
Hi, I’m Ashley Li, the founder and principal researcher at Creative Potential UX.
I have 12 years of UX and design research experience, preceded by four years in enterprise SaaS product consulting. I bring a systems-level perspective to complex problems, operating at the intersection of user insight, product strategy, and business outcomes. I've built and scaled research practices that help early-stage startups and global technology companies launch successful products.
In 2023, I transitioned from managing Meta's VR research team to focus on supporting startups. I specialize in leading through ambiguity, especially in creative and emerging technology spaces — defining product vision, shaping 0→1 opportunities, building scalable processes and tools, and driving alignment across functions. Drawing from my experience with both successful and unsuccessful product initiatives across companies, I help teams mitigate risks and create products that resonate with the market.
I look forward to connecting with you.
